
i don't like cereal, so i opted for america's second favorite breakfast food: an open-faced smoked gouda sandwich.
i toasted some of that white bread left from the fluffernutter era, sliced a dry-farmed tomato, some avocado and used 1 1/2 slices of smoked gouda to make my concoction.
the word "concoction" has made me smirk ever since a friend once said that it sounded like a phallusly-induced concussion.
anyway, i topped it off with swedish mustard, which is probably the most under utilized ingredient on the planet. i still ate it in a single-digit number of seconds, but since i was walking out the door at the same time, i could hardly go back for seconds.
by the way, if this "eating on the run" thing helps me lose weight, never mind the texting ban, i'm going to start getting pulled over for driving while binge eating.

you know what amazes me most about this blog? that you have actually taken a picture of everything! you come back from foreign countries with less.
